About Me

I became a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator on May 2, 2002!  That was a great day for me!  I started out as a customer and then became a “hobby” demo – just for the 20% instant discount, but discovered I LOVED to teach paper crafting!  Eleven years later, I’m still here and still LOVIN’ it!!

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio (where my husband is from), but I’m originally from the New England area (grew up in Connecticut and lived for many years in the Boston area).  We moved to Cincinnati to raise our three children.

I have three grown children and am married to my best friend, Nick.  We also have a Jack Russell named Jack (I know, such an imaginative name!) with tons of personality.

I love all sorts of crafting (and recently decorating).  I am a movie nut – and try to see all of the Oscar-nominated movies (and then some).

Stampin’ Up! has become a passion for me and has been extremely rewarding.  The crafting outlet is a blast, but the best part is that on the way I met so many WONDERFUL people that are my customers, fellow demonstrators and in many cases FRIENDS.  These are friends I know will be in my life for a very long time!

  4. One thing I would have liked to see at PDC is some commitment to the generics that are now thread safe. A lot of PDC sessions were spent on parallelism. I realize we do not have a lot devices that are multi-core but I like to share base code between my mobile and desktop projects and the farther these platforms diverge the harder it is to develop any common code.
